I just stopped in for a milkshake at your Baskin Robbins located at:

Lakewood, WA 98499
United States.
I walked out to my car and and took a sip out of the milkshake. It tasted very sour and visually appeared to be a very white, lumpy consistency. It was supposed to be a mint chocolate chip shake, and the color was practically like milk with a few dark specks. I suspected that they had used sour milk rather than the mint-colored greenish tint normally associated with quality Baskin Robin flavored products.
I immediately returned back with the full milkshake and explained to the manager my concerns that the milkshake was not healthy product because of its sour taste. A asked for a replacement and also showed her the contrast of the liquid color with that of a mint chocolate chip milkshake in a picture on the wall. The manager refused to either replace the milkshake or give me a refund. When I tried to explain that BR should be concerned with customer satisfaction and had an obligation to serve healthy products, she threatened to call the police. I immediately left the store and contacted your official site. Contacted BR Customer Service and requested they resolve my concerns with this store’s fitness of product for public consumption and lack of customer service.
